The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the shopping district, making it easy to explore and shop during my business trip. The hotel staff were helpful and allowed me to change my departure date without any hassle. Plus, the complimentary upgrade on arrival was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall positive experience.
The fitness center was disappointing, with only a few small cardio stations available. The bed in my room was lumpy and uncomfortable, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short cab ride away from major shopping areas and malls. The view from the rooms is quite good, and the bathrooms have a thoughtfully designed layout.
The staff were quite rude and unhelpful during our stay.

Great location in the heart of Hong Kong, near Times Square and a Causeway Bay Station exit. Close to MTR station and major bus routes. Several affordable local restaurants nearby. Bell boy was helpful with luggage storage and arranging airport transport. Upgraded rooms with great views.
Felt very relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

Clean and well-equipped rooms with a fantastic view on higher floors. The staff, specifically the bell boy, were helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The hotel was in close proximity to the airport and commercial districts.

Convenient location near great halal restaurant and Times Square shopping center. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms with impressive city views from upper floors. Reception located on the 3rd floor with easy access despite the hotel's unassuming laneway entrance. Best value option for a centrally located hotel with a reasonable price tag. a great choice for a Hong Kong visit.

I stayed at this venue recently and I must say that I was pleased with my experience. the location was superb. It was situated in downtown and was very near to the shopping locations as well as public transportations in Causeway Bay. Secondly, I was impressed with the quality of service provided by the staff. Lastly, the leisure facilities such as the exercise gym and jacuzzi were great amenities to have. The flat-screen TV was also a plus for entertainment.
Highly recommend this hotel to all.
